Cancellation Policy

December / January & Easter Weekend Bookings

All reasonable steps will be taken to find a replacement tenant.

If a replacement tenant is secured for the same period, the tenant will be reimbursed the amount paid minus an administration fee of R1,500.00.

If a replacement tenant is not secured for the full period:

• 60 days or more before arrival – 25% of the full reservation value forfeited
• Less than 60 but more than 30 days – 50% forfeited
• Less than 30 days – 100% forfeited
• No show or early departure – 100% forfeited

If a replacement is secured for part of the stay, the forfeiture will apply only to the remaining unfilled days.

February to November (Excluding Easter Weekends)

All reasonable steps will be taken to find a replacement tenant.

If a replacement tenant is secured for the same period, the tenant will be reimbursed the amount paid minus an administration fee of R500.00.

• 30 days or more – 25% forfeited
• Less than 30 but more than 14 days – 50% forfeited
• Less than 14 days – 100% forfeited
• No show or early departure – 100% forfeited

If a replacement is secured for part of the stay, the forfeiture will apply only to the remaining unfilled days.
